One possibility is that we connect to the other side of their feed in connector which may shorten our run. Will depend on what size they budgeted for in their project I doubt they liaised with AGY or other producers. Another problem that would occur is if for example they wanted to maintain or had a problem with their transformer we would have to shut down our plant. It could be eliminated with switching at cost born by us.
