Another thought i have is that even though the salta government approves the mining permits, it may be ideal for the new federal government to be able to say that mining approvals were progressed whilst in its tenure in taking office. Long shot, but some of the uncertainty surrounding whether the new fed governement is pro mining development, it would be a good start for them in proving this by having permits granted after their instatement.
