No offence but what else do you expect him to say, "yeah listen mate, I have no idea if we can even get a deal done with this Covid thing happening, the one interested party we had has bailed so I'll give it 12 months before we head into admin." My point is, unless it comes in an official Ann these emails are a waste of time.
