70kwhr battery has 63kg of li2co3 (lithium carbonate) so roughly 1kg per kwhr. so if LI2co3 was $15000 per tonne then it would only cost $15 of our lico3 in each $100 kwhr of battery.

we can make both li2co3 (lithium carbonate) or lioh (lithium hydroxide) and my understanding is lioh will be more favoured in the future...it is used in 8- 1- 1- 8 nickle , one cobalt 1 managnese cathodes need LIOH.
