AGY's High time has long gone. What you can do now is just hoping that management will come up with a funding partner to get the project going and hopefully the business will generate profit in 3-5 years which will get you money back. It is obvious that no more instos willing to pump this stock in the near future because everyone realised that this project is nowhere near profitable in next 2-3 years. There is not much room for speculation in nowadays market.
