Yes and one needs to take onboard the fact It's a target not a promise, when you are dealing with third parties it's about as good as it gets, we will find out this month if the targets moved or not.
A lot of boxes have been ticked , samples are out there being qualified and sentiment is turning, so any target should be getting closer to being hit if nothing else...
Probably the nearest comparison with AGY in the Lithium space offering new methods is LPD and it's having similar issues with financing, there are many others in different sectors, we are not alone...
