General Discussion of AGY, page-4835

I posted about this a while ago. From memory here's what I found:

• There was a Company call SAM (SIV ASSET MANAGEMENT LIMITED) who is a publicly owned investment manager
• Ranko Matic joined it's board (Appointed 25 March 2019) as Current Independent Non-Executive Director
• SAM decided it wanted to become a GOLD explorer/miner
• To do this they decided to purchase a Company called Balancing Rocks Zim pty ltd (a private unlisted Company) who holds some tenements
• They also decided to rename themselves RAS (Ragusa Minerals Limited)
• They also decided to appoint JZ as Chairman and maintain Ranko as part of the prospectus approval

So who knows what the entanglements and commitments are.
