You don't seem to understand what you are invested in.

There is no difference between our sales agreement with Mitsu and that other Company's with Tesla. In fact I'd argue Mitsu has a greater capacity to swallow much more product. We may not have a binding offtake as such but Mitsu has agreed to take our 2ktpa should we produce it.

Another fact is that other Company hasn't disclosed what the tonnages are and if you were around when we signed ours you'll remember we got caned by the ASX for not declaring that so not sure how they got around it.

Besides, it's only for spod concentrate and needs further processing. We are providing Mitsu with direct saleable product.
