The obsession with you seems a problem, you need help. Maybe get some fresh air and get over the fact your mate, not even you lost money here, maybe some self reflection as well. Take care of yourself this volatility might mean you have to downramp 100's of stocks as I imagine your friends might have lost some money on stocks in Super as well.
