    Your expectation to 'to rebuy back in at much lower price' would happen if the good news of 20T export was not announced. The whole business dynamics formed around this company has reshaped. So it is highly unlikely that price will be 'much lower;. I am in fact expecting it would go up above 20c or more for many reasons - more export news to come, US policy change and Biden's signature of Paris deals, moving away from coal to clean energy etc.
