    Sometimes it pays to look over old content with new context. The drone pond flyover is a good one you can see the pond flow paths as well as the proposed sites. From memory the empty pond was flagged as overflow for now.

    These guys aren't dumb I'm sure they have a Gantt chart that maps out pond concentration flow and contingency plan for extended evap.
