Considering Alex just retweeted the pic of Mitsi and AGY with the attached tweet - I'd say things are progressing nicely with Mitsubishi...
So I'd have to agree.
Mining permit will be soon and Mitsubishi will be making use of that permit soon after...
Once the Koreans see the Japanese jumping the queue they won't be far behind with even bigger plans...
