IMO and as some posters have pointed out, its all about proving capability. My guess on 24/7 operations is to show how quickly we can produce whilst at capacity. I.e. "this is what we are capable of. If you provide us funding, we can do exactly what we are doing now but at a bigger scale". We are getting ever so close IMO.
