I don't know for sure what the impact will be, but with more than 200 countries using the SWIFT system, I'd expect there will be workarounds that allow transactions to occur through an intermediary. Sanctions may stop transactions with Russia going through countries that support the sanctions, but not all countries do. There's also old fashioned ways like written contracts and bank guarantees that will allow transactions to occur in slower time.
