I am a bit confused with the sovereign risk as another Cuban company, Melbana MAY has gone for 2 cents to 11 cents in a few weeks after a significant discovery in their Cuban based well. So I am quite confused that the sovereign risk doesn’t seem to apply to that company but it does here. I may be missing a lot with MAY as I haven’t researched them all that well but I base my observation on the similar jurisdictions.
