Some have bought earlier - possibly too early at much higher levels. Currently a pip here a pip there won't make a shattering difference. Once when sp hits teens it will - it may yet be a while - expect upon DFS release sp will move along nicely and the monetary resolution once decided should also assist. Current levels seem rather cheap. AIMHO
