one aspect IMO, is that pepople haven't put the effort into undrerstanding that other JVs (larger than AAU - at this stage) have successfully been operating in Cuba for many years.
Trafigura Mining Group being the most recent JV priro to Antilles coming on board, have brought good $$$ into their financials for the last two financial years from their Emincar JV operations
and it's quite simple to appreciate - of course a JV is going to be able to operate unimpeded,becase your main partner is the government themselves who also stand to benefit in terms of local economy and GDP
