@pdi to "go broke" AAU would have to go to zero, something that is very very unlikely
as for options, maybe that's a leverage play people are prepared to take and insure any potential options losses by expected gains in share price by holding a position in both ?
there's eyes looking over AAU (especially now at these prices) that are far more in the category of Investment Expert than any HC contributor, so I'm taking my optimism from them with whom I've had discussions with.
I can't hellp but feel the pessimism is agenda driven to be honest
