Have we heard from Erle since June 2021 ?

does anyone know if this is in fact the last time (1st of June 2021 announced to the market on the 15th of June 2021) we've had an update from this Substantial Holder who had reported 7.94% holding on this occassion and just over 20m shares held ?




because the holdings are reporting as reduced in the 31 Dec 2021 - listing from the submitted Annual Report

so reduced holdings come December of 5.48% minimum (still defined as a Substantial Holder) but certainly not the 7.94% holding avdised in June 2021, and my understanding is that shifts over more than 1% changes in substantial holdings have been reported to market in a timely manner ?

Is there another Change in Holding notification that I've missed ?

Does anyoone know / have any details of even more recent holdings by this holder who was previously (and very firmly) locked into 3rd spot of the Top 20s based on cumulative holdings, with only Brian ahead of them ?

if there's another holding that have been used to keep buying / particiating in cap raises (to maintain the same % holding and not be diluted), then 7.94% of the currenlt SOI would have to equate to just over 33m shares ??? or at the very least to have maintained 6.95% and be within the +/- 1% tolerance that level of holdings would have to be almost 29m shares held.

even if 100% of the BNP Parabis Nominees shares all belong to the same substantial holder that's still shy of the 29m total holdings to have avoided triggerring a substantial holderupdate ???

Something doesn't seem right here !!!!!

I hope it is simply that I have missed a more recent Substatial Holder update announcement ?
