If the start up cost is that low (25-30 M USD), we will be able to self fund the entire project construction if the Court Case goes our way. I'd rather see AAU proceed with that project with a very low CAPEX first and then potentially self fund La Demajagua later on from the positive cash flow. The less debt the better, but we obviously need that big payday from the court case for that plan to come to fruition.
If that were to happen, we could grow organically from El Pilar Oxide cashflow without the need for further dilution and external debt funding.
