No I don't think you're being too excited, in fact I think the holistic offerring which is the entirety of all Cuban projects, a possible settlement and reconciliationwith DR and an Albion plant and maybe even some M&A opportunities actually will see values well above these.
I also feel that offtake agreements are all ready to go, just awaiting finalised testign results and the financing discussions pretty much progressed too.
