yes agreed with the Ethical Investment angle too, if you go and check on Adriatic Metals recent presentations they really emphasise their investment in the community and wanting to develop local skill sets and career paths so the kids coming through don't have to leave the region after university.
IMO Antilles could certainly take a leaf out of of the book of that approach and to be honest they could / should promote that too.
