Talking about cr's - another company today announced a cr - typically at around 15% discount to last traded price - net effect - sp dropped to around the cr offering. What great timing, as sp was already at low levels - dilution, but of course the sophs love these type of raises.
So, hope AAU avoids cr's as much as possible, as current sp is also already very low - a cr offer at 15% discount would also mean sp destruction by round the same margin to current sp - would take AAU back down to below 6c. Surely CEO here is a lot smarter than that.
