Ed will hold on to AHN with greed and jealousy no matter how bad it gets, no doubt about that. Ed isn't fit for purpose for Director role. He has simply got no idea of what he needs to be doing or how he can stair the company to Risk free status. I'm very surprised that he hired 2 Directors and got nothing done out of them. Ed is as bad as it gets to someone in lifestyle Director.
- Ed can't write properly, if you go back to last 3 Announcement
- Ed's got no vision, he's drifting around and finding all these historical data and trying to make those data great again.
- Ed cannot do any presentation and still hold Director role
- Ed communicate to his shareholders in 3 - 4 words, or let's say 5
- Ed never picks up his call from shareholders.
- Ed tries to make it as impossible as it gets during the Directors voting, by putting voting only rights only through Mail or Post, this is ridiculous.
We all can clearly see sinking AHN with Ed
