sure all feasible theories & all valid BUT the facts is they need money ASAP, they had $1.4 mill left at the end of the last Q, they have 2 sampling programs they need to pay for and the AGM is coming up, that's where they will want to get s.h. approval for money. It all leads to a C.R. (IMO).
