to have announcements and CRs that bring on people and holders into the mix and then not do what they say is bad and fraudulent IMO.
in reading MK9s comments that directors would buy more after the quarterly is released also worries me. If people look at the numbers (SOI) this should worry all holders.
When the top 20 own around or over 50% and the directors and Co. own the bulk it gives them unsurpassable power, it gives them votes that can’t be matched or beaten, it gives the stock very little ongoing liquidity.
