As far as the share price goes unfortunately i am not a clairvoyant. Wish i was. Be very handy to use when trading stocks.
With the dividend question, i think, repeat think, tbey should. Not all stocks are there just for the capital gain. Some actually give a return to the stockholder via dividends.
Lastly, have seen this repeated in a lot of posts.
