The moment "they" got wind of the CR "they" artifically pushed down the price down in order to lower the CR price which was offered at the normal discounts to the trading averages... there is no doubt about that at all.

Imo management should take a good look at how that information slipped out to the insto's, or next time announce the trading halt first and discuss the ins and outs after that.

Either way though, there are always games after a CR. Also, I wouldnt think the instos received as many as they would have liked in the CR allocations.

Looks to me like they have been testing for weak hands... dont think the day traders have helped either...
