I'm actually a little surprised there isn't more insider buying at current prices and it would give me more confidence of the upcoming quarter if there was. There were multiple insider buys of my other holding JIN at $21, 1 month before it got knocked down to $14, so sometimes director buying at higher levels doesn't really say much, especially when it can be hard to predict how the market will react.
