I don't think you quite understand what Alcidion actually offers, they don't directly compete with Epic EHR or other big EMR vendors like Allscript Sunrise and Cerner Millennium, what Miya Precision Platform does - it is an interoperable platform can sit above those EMRs to provide an extra layer of clinical decision support system and AI algorithms.
The recent annouced Miya MEMRe shows that Alcidion can actually work with those big EMR vendors to fully utilise their data to save doctors/nurses time and provide better patient care in a busy hospital enviorment. The recent PoC with eHealth NSW and Cerner is a perfect example, don't forget that Manchester University NHS foundation trust has been using Patientrack for a number of years already.
