A typical contract period is between 3 to 5 years. This would equate a typical contract value of between $1.5 million to $2.5 million for the use of Miya Precision and MEMRe, with option for extension.

Wagga Wagga hospital has 325 beds. Based on rough calculation, this equates to an annual revenue of approximately $1,500 per hospital bed.

The recent Q3 FY20 business update noted that the Murrumbidgee LHD has indicated its intention to expand and extend the use of Miya across the health district and remote patient monitoring.

In total, the Murrumbidgee LHD has approximately 33 hospitals (including 2 base hospitals, 8 acute community service hospitals etc) and approximately 1,600 beds.

Even if Murrumbidgee LHD extends the use of Miya to cover half of the hospital beds (800), this would equate to a potential annual contract value of $1.2 million or between $3.6 million to $6 million for a typical 3 to 5 year hospital service contract.

Plus the potential for selling an integrated product suite (Miya + Patientrack + Smartpage) like the ACT Health contract... The potential numbers when viewed from an optimistic lens are looking mighty impressive indeed...
