    Kate raised $16.1 million at 18 cents so she must have said something to get investors excited .Hospital allocations are due to be spent/ decided upon by 30/6 so I would like to think there is an alignment here.I guess we will find out soon enough otherwise can someone wake me up when things start to happen.Bit more excitement with my foot elsewhere. Giddyup both !
