    Imo uptake of tech and contract closing far to slowly for a rerate. Its not enough, sorry to say. Over at syt a lot of people are had averaged down in hoping for a good entry price over all. Its hard to recognize/admit but if a tech company dont fly from the beginning may it never will fly......! imo
