I believe they have already gone through RFI stage last year and the EOI is likely to be published from mid August 2020 to the end of September 2020 as the site stated, and the next stage would be RFT.
From what I understood SDPR is a completely new product which it is designed to integrate all EMRs, RIS, PAS, LIS and EMMs within NSW health system, NSW Health has already completed rollout Cerner EMR(same as EPIC one) to all public hopsitals last year, but from what I understand there are currently 3 different EMRs used in NSW public hospitals, Cerner EMR, Orion EMR(Hunter New England LHD & Justin Health) and DeLacey(St Vincents), there are also different Patient Administration Systems used in diffrent public hospitals, so NSW health is bascially looking to create a single digital patient record to intergate all different systems into one system, Miya Precision platform fits into this perfectly as it can sit above all of those systems and take data feeds from those systems.
