I have been watching for a while before I finally pulled the trigger at around 0.135 and then 0.140.

As to the reasons why... let's just say it's a gut thing, but I based my entry decisions on the following...

Main reason:

• CEO bought $100K @.135 - if she thinks it's cheap at these levels then it must be.

Supplementary reasons (not in order):

• Normalising for March-20 when the market took the full brunt of COVID-19 shock - these levels are amongst the lowest over a 52 weeks period.
• It's been trading side ways for the a while now - compressed Bollinger bands > poised for a breakout(?) with my limited TA knowledge.
• Shift to digital accelerated by COVID.
• Strong balance sheet - good cash runway.
• then your usual analysis on management, industry etc.
• Sentiment - when people are getting restless and questioning about progress when fundamentals haven't changed.
