    You are likely to be correct but your assumption here is that there is only a single supplier vs multiple suppliers. Hospitals can access product(s) from a panel of suppliers leveraging off bargaining powers at the NHS trust level - similar to how the NSW Health works with suppliers BUT I'm just conjecturing here and can be wrong - take it with a grain of salt.
