Don’t have exact announcements on me as I’m on my phone, from memory it was to be signed in q4 if this calendar year. They are the part of the preferred consortium and I’m open to correction here but I believe they were the only tender so the only reason it will not go ahead if it they aren’t happy with the proposal. In the interviews Kate always seems to smile when she talks about it when she clarifies that it hasn’t been signed yet.
