D365 is a long way away from an industry specific medical system. It is a generic ERP style system that will support basic functions like procurement, finance etc. Probably not payroll given the complexity of EBAs and conditions in the health industries. Better comparisons might be MedicalDirector (acquired by Telstra Health) or Pro Medicus (PME).
