    The holders you refer to are in it for long haul and are restricted really from selling in large quantities - so all they see in the latest share price is the opportunity to buy or be granted shares at really low prices.

    Grants at these prices, if the company does well and meets performance targets is what makes people like the CEO super wealthy.
