Realistically I don't see when management could buy without some questions being asked. Between blackout periods and constant contract negotiations/wins across UK/AUS/NZ remembering that not all contract wins get announced to market. Throw in the odd acquisition being discussed as well. Despite some naysayers, this is now a company constantly on the move in the circles that matter.
"Lip service", I will only grant that from this management if they cannot land a new Silverlink contract by this time next year. Other than that they have delivered all discussed to date IMO.
