I agree that it is unlikely that Alcidion would have had the ability to submit a full PAS solution at the time of tender.

My understanding is that Silverlink was operating only in the NHS environment at the time of the acquisition. While we are expecting that work is being done to afford the company the ability deploy PASs in other jurisdictions, I could only guess that this would be an extensive undertaking.

I am sure this has been discussed at length but if not it might be good to query where we are at, acknowledging that there is never an ‘end’ in developing systems for ever changing needs.
