what i am excited about the silverlink acq; 1. brings on 11 new long standing nhs trusts rhat miya precision hasnt been sold into yet . by long standing i mean there should be a fair amount of trusted rship going on they fan leverage for quicker sales 2.adds 4.2 million revenue to fy22 and 2.4 million ebitda 3. broadens alcidions capabilties for a more complete EPR 4. the nhs trusts strategy is to modernise their health platforms in a modular way; these are monster legacy systems and alcidion is perfectly placed to put in brick by brick of their platform aligning to the strategy nhs want to deliver 5. govt have 2.1billion pounds (4 billion aud) allocated to it upgrades- but i wouod be interested; has anyone seen where this 4B is being allocated? normally the big players like SAP/ Serna etc will try take a big chunk of that 6. 60 + trusts needing to upgrade their systems- UK is still a very new mkt with a lot of upside- already having exposure to 26% of the health trusts makes it an easy conversation for sales people to get foot in door
