nah no way 2-3 years
i think we should see 30 cents this year and 45 the year after (unless taiwan is attacked or russia uses nuclear)

mortgage stress
shift from growth to value
we def need to see alc be profitable : seems to be thr benchmark needed in these tough times for a re rate; and puts it out of the constant need for cap raises for fuel growth
