    James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough was signed up under South Tees deal in November 2020 but hiring a clinical change lead now. Unless I've missed something, this demonstrates how slow the NHS makes decisions or implements changes. But with there being a clear deadline for the digitisation program, I hope the contracts all land hard and fast.
