I read couple of broker reports, one had 18 cents and other 15 cents as a short term target. Wouldn't be surprised if some small scale accumulation is happening in the background. Disappointed with lack of announcements on new contracts.. not long before they have to draw out of that 14 odd million cash or look at reducing head count to curtail expenses.
