I am not privy to which trusts approached Alcidion.
The statement was made in the acquisition webinar and also hinted in webinars before the acquisition where the issue of Alcidion being unable to participate in a number of tenders due to it lacking a PAS.
Even with a PAS offering now, I suspect the procurement process is much longer due to the monies involved and Alcidion's lack of track record in offering an integrated product suite. Hence, their focus on middle and small sized trusts make sense to me.
