In terms of why haven't they taken it off the website, well considering I'm in marketing I should be able to answer (could be many many things, some which are insignificant). It's not the job of the head of marketing to remove it, they have more important things to do, so someone else in the marketing team perhaps hasn't actioned it (or their priorities are elsewhere based on workload). Even if they couldn't find someone, you would think they would take it down, especially for that sort of position.

I think the odds of her being pushed out are a bit slimmer. Only today she reposted something that involved ALC being shortlisted for a customer service award. There was something else she re posted from ALC after she had already left.

The document that @chaddy36 posted was resignation as a director of the company as lodged with the corporate regulator. It is likely that she was still in a notice period as far as terminating as an employee is concerned. If leaving on good terms she was likely continuing to work during this period (including conducting a handover to replacement), if not she may have been on "gardening leave" but still technically employed. I do note the ALC employment on LinkedIn shows an end date of Jan 2024 as opposed to the LPB which shows "present" so that would seem to be a month's notice from the director cessation.
