My mistake.
I said once before that ALC was reminding me of TNT. I'm getting even stronger vibes of that now. A strong run up then a crash back to where it all began despite a large increase in revenue, loss of senior management and a HC board reading very much like this one with complaints about management and unfulfilled potential. Then management announced an agreed sale to a larger o/s competitor at 170% or so premium (which led to HC complaining about management giving up and selling out too cheaply).
If Cerner wants my shares at 17/18c they can have them.
