With a tender and systems in place ALC should be in pole position to win a new tender. Obviously all tenders have to be competitive so they have to open it up and try and negotiate bring the price down, best value for money etc etc
In three years time either ALC will be barnstorming it or have been taken over - on current SP form it could be the latter. But who knows!
