There is an amazing amount of commentary for what is a relatively small company.

I may be completely wrong but it looks like there is a major holder who has been dumping the stock over an extended period of time. There seems to be almost unlimited sell volume - if you hit the sell side, more volume quickly appears.

Eventually this seller will exit their holding and normality may return.

There is a point where this becomes a very cheap take-over target. There must be quite a few parties that would be running the numbers on ALC at these type of levels. However it is highly unlikely any major holder, other than the party that is exiting, would be interested in selling at these levels.

The recurring licensing revenue alone would return the market cap of this business in only 2 years.

Crazy stuff, its so miss-priced.
